Our clinic, our standard.

We designed this clinic with intention. Soft lighting, a calm environment, no rushing. How you feel when you walk through the door matters just as much as what we do once you are in the room. Recovery Sports Therapy is a sensory-friendly clinic in Worcester, MA, built for people who need a different kind of care.

We know traditional clinics can feel loud and overwhelming, and for a lot of people, that gets in the way of healing before treatment even starts. Here, you get expert sports therapy in a space built around your comfort, not just your recovery.

Jen

Physical Therapist

Jen has worked in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy since 2007. She completed her undergraduate education from the College of the Holy Cross, and she received a doctorate of physical therapy in 2007 from Boston University. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses including sports injuries, pediatrics, and post-operative rehab. She has a special interest in the rehabilitation of shoulders and rotator cuff repairs, baseball players and the overhead throwing athlete, and neck pain and headaches. She really loves helping people get back to doing the things they enjoy in life. She joined Recovery Sports Therapy after working in a busy orthopedic setting for years to have more time with her patients and to have the opportunity to get to know her patients better and help them achieve their individual goals. She has recently taken up an interest in helping patients with hypermobility or connective tissue disorders such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. She found there was a real need to help people manage these lifelong conditions. When Jen is not working, she is busy with her husband running around with their three children and dog. She loves all of the Boston sports teams but there is nothing she loves more than watching her kids play the sports they love.
